(How limits work)
Counted in people, not in requests
What counts as an active user
Someone who signs in to your app at least once in a calendar month (UTC) — by password, code, social login or Telegram. Ten sign-ins in a month are one active user. People you create through the API who never sign in are not counted. The count starts again on the 1st.
If you go over your limit
Sign-in is never blocked. We email you at 80% and at 100% of the limit. If you pass it, you have the rest of that month and the whole of the next to move up. If you are still over after that, only new registrations are refused; everyone who already has an account keeps signing in. There is no charge per extra user.
Webhooks and scheduled jobs have their own limits
Webhooks count the messages you send in a month (reading them is free); at the limit, new sends wait until the 1st or until you move up. Scheduled jobs are limited by how many recurring jobs are active and how many delayed jobs are waiting; at the limit, new jobs are refused. Nothing you already have is deleted.
